What do we do? And how does it support your project?

Award Management can be  thought of as three distinct  areas: Award Set Up; Support during the Period of Performance; and Award Closeout.  Some awards have been developed in collaborations with UDARO and during Award Management, we are in regular conversation with UDARO.

While much of our conversation happens over email, we are always happy to meet with you face-to-face and/or via Zoom. 

Once we set up the Worktags for an award, we always prepare an Award Summary and meet (either F2F or Zoom) with the PI, budget director, and other member of the PI’s team at an award kickoff meeting.  At the Kickoff meeting, we review a budget summary; any special terms and conditions; and work with the PI and team to better understand the timeline of the project so we can anticipate the specific supports the PI may need from us.
